The Avanti Avocado Saver keeps halved avocados fresh longer. It reduces oxidation and browning by protecting the exposed side from air. Simply place the cut avocado pit face down and aligned with the indentation onto the saver. Secure in place with the adjustable strap. The strap creates a tight seal against the base.
