Faulty products
If you are not satisfied with your product, or your products are faulty, please contact us at hello@theprettystore.com.au to arrange either a refund or exchange.
Products must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt of goods in order to receive a refund or exchange.
Custom items are not eligible for refunds.
Shipping of return items
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Restocking Fees
A 15% restocking fee applies to change of mind refunds, or alternatively, a store credit for the full amount is available. Please contact us prior to returning your items for information regarding restocking fees.
