Please also be aware that tracking isn't always being updated by Australia Post after a parcel has been scanned. This doesn't mean that your package hasn't moved, just that Australia Post haven't updated their information.
Order processing/dispatch times
- Standard label sets, containers, jars etc. are usually dispatched in 5-7 business days.
- Any custom work (anything where you input your own text) is normally dispatched within 7-10 business days.
Shipping
- $8 shipping within Australia for label only orders.
- Shipping rates on all other products are calculated at checkout.
- In most cases, orders are dispatched within 5-7 business days. Delivery times are dependent on Australia Posts delivery times and may fluctuate during peak times.

International orders (All orders outside of Australia)
- Our products can be shipped to a number of countries around the world via Australia Post. The delivery time will vary depending on the country of destination, however it is usually within 15 business days, but may vary depending on the destination country's customs processing times.
- Please note we're currently unable to ship to the USA and the UK or any countries in the EU, we're hoping to be able to commence shipping to those countries as soon as possible.
