All 40 spice jars arrived with pre existing labels. I emailed The Pretty Store and was told that's how they come from their supplier and to use warm water and a hairdryer to remove them (individually) before being able to use the actual personalised labels I'd ordered and paid for through The Pretty Store. Cannot believe these guys are still in business and that they're comfortable using the images on their website without letting buyers know that they come from an independent supplier who fixes their business stickers to the containers. May as well order plain spice jars off TEMU.

Beautiful product and easy transaction

The spice jars are wonderful, fantastic quality. I was a little bit disappointed with the amount of Plasic bubble wrap and would love to see the Pretty Store use more eco friendly packaging.
