Over 4 weeks after submitting my order, I followed up with The Pretty Store, asking why my order was still marked as not even having arrived at the Post Office, despite the tracking order.

I never received a response from The Pretty Store. I followed up a couple of days later requesting a reply. I still DID NOT receive a response.

I finally received my order several days later.

If The Pretty Store owners had bothered taking the time to respond to my emails, or offered an apology explaining that it had been forgotten, I probably wouldn't be giving them a 2 star review. The fact that I'm still yet to even receive an explanation why it wasn't sent, or an acknowledgement that the order was actually on its way for real, has resulted in me giving The Pretty Store only 2 stars. For service alone I would have given 1 star or less, while the product itself is pretty good.

Love my freezer labels, they were the missing piece of what I needed to organise my life. My only complaint is that on the narrow labels, the space above the line to write the contents is tiny, perhaps the spacing could be improved?

No more trying to peel of gooey labels from freezer containers. Just wash them when empty and wipe them off and your containers are all ready for next time to just write on the label again. Wonderful.

I'm still waiting on my 2 x Oil bottles to arrive. I received the labels please advise when I can expect to receive?
