Ordered and fulfilled quickly. Had 2 problem one with incorrect address and with one item and contacted vendor with no response at all emails email;s i sent. I was able to change address via Auspost. Then out of the blue I receive an order from vendor rectifying the problem with the broken item.

So in end all was sorted, but the vendor really needs to life the communication game as not responding to multiple emails, is not only rude but extremely poor customer service. I do give some cudos as at least teh problem was sorted.

I was really looking forward to receiving my first order, spice jars, ahead of further purchases I had planned, as I set about organising my new kitchen.
The plastic seals on many of the jar lids were off centre and despite emailing for comment on this, I have never had a response to either of my two emails. I then emailed the company’s marking email address and it was not delivered. I will not be making further purchases from this company and do not recommend purchasing from them after this experience.

I absolutely love my spice jars. They're the perfect size for my spice drawer, and I've used the labels on top of the lids for easy reference. Can't fault them!
